London: In place of the wicket-keeper, his wife made a new history by wicket-keeping. Sharania Sadarangani is the first woman to get a chance to play in the European T20 League.

Unusual incidents during cricket matches often make headlines, but during the semi-finals of the European T20 cricket series, cricket fans were surprised when wicketkeeper Finn Sadarangani's wife replaced him with a wicket-keeper.

The incident happened when the wicket-keeping player of KSV Cricket Club, Finn Sadarangani, decided to bowl, but there was a shortage of wicket-keepers for which Finn Sadarangani found a unique solution.

Finn called his wife for wicket-keeping during his bowling and till the end of the bowling, his wife Sharania continued to do excellent wicket-keeping.
