Schools closed till September, private schools federation responds.

ISLAMABAD (Daily Pakistan Online): The All Pakistan Private Schools Federation (AFPSF) has reacted to the government's decision to keep schools closed till September. The Schools Federation has rejected the decision to close schools till August and also announced peaceful protests across the country for legitimate demands.
According to 92 News, Kashif Mirza said that the action plan will be decided in consultation.
It may be recalled that today at the Inter-Provincial Education Ministers' Conference, it was agreed to open educational institutions in the first week of September with strict SOPs. The decisions of the conference will be reviewed by the National Command and Control Center tomorrow morning.
According to private TV GNN, an inter-provincial education ministers' conference was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood. The chairman of HEC attended the meeting through video link.
Sources said that the inter-provincial education ministers' conference has agreed to reopen educational institutions in the first week of September with strict SOPs. The decisions of the conference will be reviewed by the National Command and Control Center tomorrow morning. Dates may be rescheduled in light of the severity of the crisis, with two more inter-provincial education ministers meeting before September 1.
