Leading Bollywood choreographer Saroj Khan has died at the age of 71 in Mumbai, India due to a heart attack.

Manish Javani, a relative of Saroj Khan, confirmed his death to PTI.

According to Indian media, Saroj Khan was admitted to the hospital last month due to difficulty in breathing, but his corona virus test was negative.

Saroj Khan's Bollywood career spanned four decades in which he made everyone's favorite actors dance to countless songs. It was Saroj Khan who taught Madhuri Dixit to dance to many songs like 'Ek Do Teen', 'Dhak Dhak Karne Laga' and 'Mar Dala' and made her famous.

Among his students were Shah Rukh Khan, Sri Devi, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Kajol and many others who ruled the film world.
