If conditions improve, how many corona patients are expected by the end of July? Asad Omar clarified

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Asad Omar has said that if the situation in the country remains reasonable, the number of Corona patients will reach 400,000 by the end of July.

During a media briefing in Islamabad, the Federal Minister for Planning and Development said that at the National Command and Operations Center, we have been reviewing corona virus cases. Action has been taken to implement OPs. Corona cases in hospitals have come down due to smart lockdown. If SOPs are implemented, it is hoped that the number of corona cases may be less than 400,000 by the end of July. If administrative action is not taken, 1.2 million people could be infected with Corona by July.

"We are all in a position to protect ourselves from this epidemic. Today, the number of corona virus cases is declining, mainly due to the implementation of precautionary measures by the people, mostly," he said. The people followed the instructions of the government and the doctors.

Asad Umar said that the situation in Sindh and especially in Karachi is not looking better. The Sindh Health Minister has talked to Dr. Azra on Corona. Consultations will be held again on how much better work can be done in Sindh.

It should be noted that the number of corona cases in the country is more than 221,000 and more than 4500 people have died.
