Howard University sues US government

NEW YORK (Monitoring Desk) - The US government is planning to block visas for foreign students under a new visa policy, which has now been sued by Harvard University and MIT. According to Mail Online, the lawsuit, filed in federal court by both universities, seeks to suspend the new ICE order for 14 days so that the government cannot expel foreign students from the United States.

According to the report, classes of these students are being conducted online due to Corona virus and under the new order, the students whose classes are online will be expelled from the country. Universities say the US government's move is illegal and the Trump administration is forcing us to open classes despite the corona virus and call universities instead of giving students online classes.
