The Bolivian government has confirmed that in addition to the president, at least seven other ministers have been infected with the virus, including the country's health minister. Some of them are receiving medical treatment in hospitals while others are receiving medical treatment at home.

In Bolivia, more than 44,000 cases of corona have been reported so far, while 1,638 people have died there.

It is believed that the president of Brazil, who took precautionary measures against the corona virus and took part in the protests against the lockdown, has also fallen victim to the corona virus.

Brazilian President Bolsonaro announced on Tuesday that his Corona test was positive. In a televised address, Bolsonaro said he had been repeatedly told that the corona virus would cover a large part of the population, but he ignored it as a common cold. He said he was using hydroxychloroquine to fight the corona virus.
