A nightclub shooting in the United States has killed several people

WASHINGTON (Daily Pakistan Online) - A shooting at a nightclub in the US state of North Carolina has left a dozen people dead. Police say 12 people have been taken to hospital in critical condition.

According to police, they noticed a disturbance in the Lewis Lounge at around 2 am and sent a police force to back it up, which revealed that there was a dynamic attacker inside the building. Security personnel took timely action and rushed the critically injured to the hospital while some people reached the hospital with the help of private vehicles.

Details of the attacker's death or escape have not yet been released by police. The identities of the victims were not released.
